　　致在江门外国友人的倡议书

　　在江门的各位外国朋友：

　　大家好!在过去的2021年，你们与江门人民守望相助，为建设美丽江门一起努力奋斗，我们心怀感激。2022年春节将至，江门市外事局谨向你们致以节日的问候和新年的祝福!

　　当前，国外疫情高发，国内多地仍时有发生本土疫情，特别是奥密克戎新变异株的出现，给疫情防控带来新挑战。节日期间，人员流动频繁，疫情风险加大。为了让各位外国友人保持身体健康，共同欢度祥和欢乐的中国虎年，我们在此向大家提出如下倡议：

　　一、密切关注权威信息

　　请密切关注江门发布、江门市广播电视台等权威信息发布平台的信息，及时获取新冠肺炎疫情防控的最新消息，不信谣、不传谣。

　　二、尽量留在当地过年

　　合理规划出行计划。非必要不出省、不出市，不要前往疫情中、高风险地区。如确有必要外出，请配合目的地落实疫情防控措施。

　　三、注意加强自我防护

　　保持良好的卫生习惯，增强疫情防控意识，坚持科学佩戴口罩，尽量避免或减少到人员聚集密集场所，非必要不参加聚集性活动，日常保持适当社交距离。若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，请及时到定点医疗机构就诊。

　　四、积极参与联防联控

　　积极配合所在社区的疫情联防联控，为建设美丽安全江门贡献自己的力量。

　　An Initiative Letter to Foreign Friends in Jiangmen

　　Foreign friends in Jiangmen:

　　Greetings! We are very grateful that, in the past 2021，you and Jiangmen people helped each other and worked hard for the Beautiful Jiangmen Initiative. Upon the upcoming Spring Festival of 2022, Jiangmen Foreign Affairs Bureau would like to extend holiday greetings and New Year wishes to you!

　　At present, there is a high incidence of COVID-19 abroad, and there are still local outbreaks in many parts of China, especially the emergence of a new variant strain of Omicron, which has brought new challenges to pandemic prevention and control. During the holidays, the frequent personnel flow will increase the risk of infection. For your health and a peaceful and joyful Chinese Year of the Tiger holiday, we would like to put forward the following proposals:

　　First, pay close attention to authoritative information.

　　Please pay close attention to the information released by authoritative information release platforms such as Jiangmen News, and Jiangmen Broadcasting & TV Station to get the latest news on COVID-19 prevention and control in a timely manner. Do not believe or spread rumors.

　　Second, stay in Jiangmen for the New Year holiday as far as possible.

　　Please plan your trip properly. Please avoid unnecessary outings and gatherings out of the province or the city, and do not travel to high-risk areas. If you have to leave, please cooperate with the destination authorities to implement pandemic prevention and control measures.

　　Third, strengthen self-protection.

　　Please maintain good health habits, enhance pandemic prevention and control awareness, adhere to the proper wearing of masks, try to avoid or reduce trips to crowded places. Do not participate in gathering activities when it is not necessary, and please maintain appropriate social distancing. In case of fever, cough, chest tightness, fatigue and other symptoms, please go to the designated hospitals for treatment in time.

　　Fourth, actively participate in joint prevention and control.

　　Please cooperate with your community for the joint prevention and control of the pandemic, and contribute to the construction of a beautiful and safe Jiangmen.
